The Begini Howard Residency takes up to ten residents a month, application only. Affiliates who refer enrollees earn 10% of tuition actually collected — using approved materials, under rules we actually enforce. Everything is published on this site before you sign anything.

The numbers, plainly

A commission schedule, not an income projection. How many people you refer is up to you; no volume, income, or result is promised — and W-9 (or W-8) is required before any payout.
Your link, and how it counts
Approved affiliates get a personal code and a link: residency.bh.pe/?ref=YOURCODE. The first code a visitor arrives with sets a 60-day attribution marker in their browser — first affiliate identified controls — and when they apply, even weeks later, the application arrives carrying your code automatically, alongside whatever they type in "How did you hear about us?". Tracking records govern disputes, and the rules are written into the agreement, not policy pages that shift under you.
The rules are the product
This program promotes a federal-contracting education business. That means the marketing rules are strict, enforced, and non-negotiable — violations forfeit commissions:
- No income or earnings claims, ever — express or implied, in posts, captions, comments, or DMs
- The tuition rebate only via the verbatim Challenge sentence in the kit — no paraphrase
- Disclose the paid relationship in every post ("#ad — I earn a commission if you enroll")
- No spam, no purchased lists, no brand-term ads without written consent
- No procurement-sensitive content — no solicitation numbers, contracting-officer names, or implied government endorsement
