§ Promo kit
Promo Kit
For affiliates of BHR LLC. The kit as published on this page governs — if a saved copy says otherwise, this page wins. Use these scripts as written or get written approval for edits. Four non-negotiables:
- Never state or imply income or results. Not in posts, captions, comments, or DMs.
- Disclose in every post/message: “#ad — I earn a commission if you enroll.”
- Any mention of the tuition rebate must use the verbatim Challenge sentence below — no paraphrase, ever.
- Any mention of the Associate opportunity or commission must include the Required Disclosure below.
Positioning (what you’re selling)
The Begini Howard Residency is a 6-month program offered by BHR LLC and delivered in partnership with BHPE LLC, an active, niche-agnostic federal contractor — awards spanning dozens of agencies and industries, from asphalt paving to laboratory instruments, Alaska to the Pacific territories. Don’t pigeonhole it: BHPE bids whatever the government buys, and that breadth is the pitch. Residents learn government contracting by working real, live bids on BHPE’s pipeline under supervision — solicitation analysis, vendor outreach, pricing — up to ten new seats per month across both tiers — a hard cap, not a fill promise (true, documented scarcity; you may say it). Two tiers:
- Individual — $25,000. Two paths: Earn-Back (the 100-Quote Challenge, no profit share during the term) or Leverage (dedicated VA + premium AI tooling + eligibility to sign BHPE’s 20% Associate Agreement from day one).
- Prime — $50,000. For operating companies becoming their own prime contractor — own CAGE, own bids, 100% of their own awards — with two dedicated VAs and premium AI tooling included for the full term. A Prime enrollment uses two of the month’s ten seats.
What it is not: a job, a salary, or a guarantee of anything. Application and interview required.
Your link & attribution (how you get paid correctly)
- Your personal link is residency.bh.pe/?ref=YOURCODE — issued when you sign. Use it everywhere, exactly as issued.
- Only that link attributes. Links to bh.pe or promo.bh.pe carry no code — never use them as your call to action.
- Attribution is first-touch with a 60-day window: the first affiliate’s code a visitor arrives with controls, even if they click someone else’s link later. If a referral reached the site through another affiliate first, it’s theirs — the same rule protects you.
- The visitor’s application carries your code automatically; the “How did you hear about us?” field is a backup, not a substitute — still send people through your link.
- Never strip or retype the code. Link shorteners are fine only if they preserve the full destination URL, code included.
The Challenge — verbatim sentence (the only approved way to mention the rebate)
The 100-Quote Challenge: submit 100 qualifying quotes in 6 months and your tuition is rebated in full. All or nothing — 99 earns $0.
Required Disclosure (paste wherever commission, the Associate role, or the rebate is mentioned)
The Residency is education and supervised practice offered by BHR LLC — not employment or job placement. BHPE LLC is a separate company; Associate roles are governed by a separate agreement with BHPE, are compensated only by commission on awarded contracts, and no income is guaranteed. The Earn-Back rebate is all-or-nothing: 100 qualifying quotes within the 6-month term earns a full tuition rebate; fewer earns none. Up to ten seats per month across both tiers; application required.
Script 1 — Short-form video (30 sec)
Hook (0–5s): “Every GovCon course is taught by someone who quit contracting to sell courses. This one runs inside a working contractor’s live bids — up to ten seats a month.” Body (5–22s): “The Begini Howard Residency runs on the pipeline of BHPE — an active federal contractor that bids everything from paving to lab equipment, nationwide. Six months working real solicitations next to the people whose name is on them. And if you’re built for it: The 100-Quote Challenge: submit 100 qualifying quotes in 6 months and your tuition is rebated in full. All or nothing — 99 earns $0.” CTA (22–30s): “Up to ten seats a month, application only. Link in bio.” Caption: “#ad — I earn a commission if you enroll” + Required Disclosure.
Script 2 — LinkedIn post
You can’t learn government contracting from a PDF.
The Begini Howard Residency runs inside the live pipeline of BHPE LLC — an active, niche-agnostic federal contractor whose awards run from asphalt paving to mass spectrometry, Alaska to Guam. Six months: real solicitations, real vendor outreach, a capstone on an actual bid, up to ten new seats a month.
Two ways in. The Leverage path pairs you with a dedicated VA, premium AI tooling, and eligibility for BHPE’s 20% Associate Agreement. Or bet on yourself: The 100-Quote Challenge: submit 100 qualifying quotes in 6 months and your tuition is rebated in full. All or nothing — 99 earns $0.
There’s also the Prime tier ($50K) for companies becoming their own prime contractor — own CAGE, keeping 100% of their own awards.
Application only. Comment “BID” for the link.
